Looking to achieve long term sustainable results? 1:1 coaching is a 3 month program (with an option to extend) that builds a custom macro nutrient plan specific to you, your goals, and your lifestyle. This program is for someone seeking personalized nutrition guidance, ongoing feedback and progress accountability.

What’s Included:

  • Initial 60 minute assessment via video conference call where we’ll do a deep dive into your dieting history, food & nutritional preferences, exercise and lifestyle habits to build out a plan that is customized to YOU and YOUR goals.

  • Custom plan (nutrition assessments and guidance, macro count/s).

  • Weekly check-ins to assess your week-over-week progress and make real-time adjustments for your goals.. We will be reviewing your macros/daily food intake, exercise, daily movement, lifestyle habits, measurements and biofeedback.

  • (3) 20min 1:1 video conference calls to check in on progress throughout the program.

  • Access to Sophie via email

  • Meal guidance

  • Grocery and dining out manuals

  • INTENSIVE Add-On Option: In addition to the above you will also receive Voxer text service for daily texting communication, bi-weekly tracker check-ins, weekly 20 minute zoom calls, weekly MyFitnessPal/Macro First audits. This add on is for the person who desires additional accountability, who is looking to minimize mistakes/entry errors, who wants ongoing real-time feedback. *suggested if you are new to macros*

  • You don’t want to track/measure your food and be consistent with your inputs into tracking forms/apps.

  • You have a busy schedule or going through a stressful time in your life that doesn’t allow you to be consistent and adherent to your plan.

NOTE: This program is a 3 month commitment. Upon checking out, you be prompted with an intake form and will receive a coaching agreement. You will be charged for the first month, and then will be charged on a monthly basis after that. Please allow 1-3 business days for a response to set up your initial call and assessment.
