Do you work with women and men?

Yes!

Do you only focus on macronutrients or do you have other programs?

My coaching uses macronutrients as a foundation to teach you how to properly fuel your body, understand portion sizes and food freedom. If you would like to place more of an emphasis on building healthy habits without a focus on macros, please include that in your intake form in my 60min or 1:1 coaching programs.

I have never worked with a nutrition or macro coach before, which is the best program for me?

I encourage you to take a look at my 1:1 Coaching program. Over 3 months we will work together in a private setting where we will review your health goals and I will give you the tools to develop long term sustainable habits that will give you the confidence to live your healthiest life.

I have specific dietary restrictions, can I still work with you?

Food allergies, vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians etc. are all welcome!

What is your refund and cancelation policy?

All sales or final. If you are a 1:1 Coaching client, please review your coaching agreement.

Can I gift your services to a friend/family member?
