    1:1 coaching is for someone seeking personalized nutrition guidance, ongoing feedback and progress accountability. This program is a 3 month commitment (with an option to extend) that includes a deep dive into your dieting history, routine, habits lifestyle and goals, a custom plan tailored specifically to you, and ongoing support via text, email and zoom calls. This is an opportunity to learn how to manage your results, make adjustments, and equpping you with the tools and knowledge to maintain your results for life. If you need help you staying on top of your progress, looking for real-time feedback, and establish long-term habits and personal growth, this is for you!

  • 60 MIN CUSTOM ASSESSMENT

    A 60 minute assessment is for someone who doesn’t require ongoing feedback or accountability, but wants a comprehensive review of their current habits coupled with a custom plan to help achieve their goals. If you’re feeling stuck with your current progress, and want help assessing where there are opportunities for improvement and where you could be doubling down, this plan helps audit your current routine. Familiarity with macro counting, food weighing and an existing fitness routine is preferred. This program can either be broken into two 30 minute sessions or one 60 minute session.

  • CUSTOM MACRO COUNT

    Are you a macro veteran? Or a previous client and looking for a new plan to reflect your current goals and lifestyle? Fill out an in-depth questionnaire to receive a one-time macro assessment tailored specifically to you, based on your daily activity levels, fitness regimen, lifestyle, dietary preferences, and goals. This plan does not include coaching. Carb-cycling add-on available.

  • The Macro Method

    The Macro Method is a self-guided course designed for individuals who are looking to take their health and wellness journey to the next level and eager to learn more about the science of macro nutrients. In this course I have taken my coaching methods and broken them out into 5 modules. This course empowers you to learn how to properly fuel your body for every season in life, how to calculate your own macros, increase your metabolic rate, and navigate the various macro phases (deficit, reverse, maintenance, build).
