Who is The Macro Method for?
EVERYONE! The Macro Method is designed for individuals who are looking to take their macro journey to the next level, eager to learn more about the science, and to take control of how/when/where/why they should apply changes to their goals.
If you are new to macros or have a specific health condition, it is encouraged that you start with 1:1 coaching, or go to your private storefront within The Macro Method Portal to add 1:1 coaching. If you have a history of chronic dieting, just starting your health journey, or have hyper specific goals, it is important we set you up for success by doing a deep dive into your dieting & nutritional history, lifestyle, activity levels, habits & food preferences. There are specific nuances, changes, mindset shifts and expectations that you may need to be aware to achieve your goals.
